• How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is ALWAYS free! Check your postcode to see if we cover your area.
• Do I need to be in when you deliver?
You don’t have to be home. We will always try to find a safe space to leave your box – when checking out please select a safe place for delivery if you are not home!
• Can I swap what’s in my box?
We offer a one item swap policy for our set boxes to minimise waste. If there is something you don’t like (ie bananas or cabbage) let us know via your account and we will replace them with something else.
• Can I pause my box while I’m away?
Yes if you go to your account please let us know when you are away before your areas deadline and we will skip your delivery for the week
• Am I under contract?
There is no contract we keep customers on a rolling list you can pause or cancel at anytime before your areas deadline which is showing in the confirmation email.
